Athvance Capital is an investment platform dedicated to European sports IP and technology. We operate differently: we are builders of systems, not just managers of spreadsheets. Our ambition is to combine institutional financial discipline with an automated, ecosystem-led approach to value creation.

The Role: A Key Link in a New Model

You will be a key maillon in the creation of a new investment model. This is a hybrid role bridging financial engineering and system architecture. You aren't starting from scratch, our tech stack is already being implemented, and your mission is to help scale, optimize, and deploy it as the firm’s "Internal Operating System."

Core Missions:

Investment Engineering:
Build financial models (LBO, valuations, cap tables) to drive investment decisions

Fundraising Architecture:
Engineer and maintain a scalable CRM with automated follow-up logic.

AI & Workflow Development:
Design AI agents and workflows (n8n, Make) to eliminate low-value tasks and accelerate decision-making.

Mentorship & Growth

You will receive direct, daily mentorship from the Managing Director and the Chief Product Officer. This provides high-level exposure to both the strategic "deal" side of the business and the technical "product" side, offering a rare view into how a modern investment platform is built from the inside.

Profile Required

Hybrid Background:
Engineering/Data Science coupled with a strong interest or experience in Finance (PE, VC, or M&A).

Technical Spike:
Proficiency in low-code/no-code (n8n, Make, Airtable) and AI tools (OpenAI APIs, agents, prompt engineering).

Financial Spike:
Solid grasp of financial modeling, valuation, and sensitivity analysis.

Builder Mindset:
Proactive, disciplined, and convinced that "anything done twice should be automated."
